Training Levels
Choose which training levels and certification cards your company tracks, and which ones workers must provide when they join a project.
How do training levels work?
ADRO keeps a shared list of training levels, such as Apprentice, Journeyman or Foreman. Your company picks the levels it uses from that list, and for each one decides whether it is required and whether workers must give a card number. If a level you need is not on the list, contact ADRO support and we will add it.
Adding a training level to your company
- Go to Admin → Configuration → Training Levels
- Click "Add New Training Level"
- Choose a level from the Training Level list
- Switch on Required to make the level mandatory for workers
- Switch on Card Required to ask workers for a card number
- Click Save
Each level can be added to your company once. If you try to add it again, ADRO shows "This training level is already assigned to this company."
When do workers choose their training levels?
Workers select their training levels when they join a project, in any of these places:
- During project onboarding in the ADRO app
- In the worker self-enrollment app, in English or Spanish
- When an admin creates the user and chooses a project
If a level is Required, workers cannot continue until they select it. If Card Required is on, they enter the card number, or tick "I don't have my [level] card now" and add it later.
Where training levels appear
A worker's training levels are listed under Training Levels when a supervisor identifies them with Worker Spot Check.
Editing and removing levels
The list can be filtered by name and shows whether each level is required and whether a card is required. Use Edit to change those switches. Delete removes the level from your company only; it does not delete it from ADRO's shared list.
Note: Managing training levels uses the view, create, edit and delete training levels permissions. The default Manager role can view them only.
