Procore Integration
Connect ADRO to your Procore account to sync projects, export daily logs, manpower data, and more.
Overview
ADRO integrates with Procore to automatically export daily logs, notes, manpower reports, and construction reports. To enable this integration, a Procore Company Administrator must install the ADRO Log app in their Procore account.
Step 1: Install the ADRO Log App in Procore
A Procore user with Admin-level permissions on the Company-level Directory tool must complete the following:
- Log in to your Procore account
- Navigate to the Company-level Admin tool
- Under Company Settings, click "App Management"
- Click "Install App" and select "Install Custom App"
- Enter the following App Version Key:
2ca8c157-a447-4640-a539-49c4dedab265
- Click "Install", then click "Install" again to confirm
- When prompted for project selection, choose "Select All" or pick the specific projects you want ADRO to access
- Click "Create" to finalize (or "Skip" to configure later)
Tip: Select "Add to Active and Future Projects" during setup so newly created projects are automatically available to ADRO without additional configuration.
Step 2: Configure Permissions
After installing the app, you need to grant ADRO the necessary permissions to read and write data:
Option A: Grant Access to All Projects
- Go to the Company-level Permissions tool
- Click the "Projects Permissions Template" tab
- Create a Global permission template that provides Admin-level access to the tools ADRO needs (Daily Log, Directory, Documents)
- Go to the Company-level Directory
- Search for "ADRO" to find the app's service account
- Click "Edit" next to the ADRO user account
- Under "Select Default Permission Template", choose the template you created
- Check "Add ADRO to all new projects"
- Click "Add All" to apply to existing projects
- Click "Save"
Option B: Grant Access to Specific Projects
- Go to App Management
- Click "View" next to the ADRO Log app
- Open the "Permissions" tab
- Select projects from the "Permitted Projects" dropdown
- Click "Add"
Important: Do not manually adjust the ADRO app user's permissions on individual projects. Always use permission templates to ensure consistent access across all projects.
Step 3: Add the ADRO Integration User
To allow the ADRO team to test and verify your integration, please add the following user to your Procore company directory as an Admin:
To add this user:
- Go to the Company-level Directory
- Click "Add User"
- Enter integration@adrolog.com as the email
- Set the permission level to Admin
- Click "Save"
Why? This allows our integration team to verify that data sync and exports are working correctly with your Procore account. Once the integration is confirmed, you may adjust the permission level as needed.
Step 4: Notify ADRO
After completing the steps above, contact the ADRO team to finalize the setup. We will:
- Verify the app installation and permissions
- Configure the project mapping between ADRO and Procore
- Enable automatic data export for your company
- Run a test sync to confirm everything is working
What Gets Synced?
ADRO imports projects at 6 AM and 6 PM Eastern, along with the locations, contractors (vendors) and trades of each active project. Once the integration is active, ADRO exports the following data to Procore:
- Manpower (Daily Log): One entry per contractor and location per day, with the number of workers, average hours and each worker's check-in times in the comments. The same entry is updated when check-ins change.
- Daily Construction Report (Daily Log): Hours and worker counts by apprentice, foreman, journeyman and other, with trade and location
- Notes (Daily Log): Project notes with file attachments
- Daily Uploads (Daily Log attachments): Files and documents uploaded by workers
- Visitors (Daily Log): Visitor check-ins, updated with the check-out time
- Photos: Project photos, when photo export is switched on in company settings
If the day's daily log is already marked complete in Procore, ADRO reopens it, writes the entry and completes it again. Failed exports retry three times within minutes, then every hour. Accident reports and face data stay in ADRO and are not sent to Procore.
