Daily Uploads (Admin)
Review, manage, and sync daily file uploads across all projects from the admin panel.
Accessing Daily Uploads
Navigate to Admin → Data → Daily Uploads from the main menu to view all uploaded files for the selected date.
Date Navigation
Use the date navigation controls to browse uploads by day:
- Previous/Next Day: Arrow buttons to step through dates one day at a time
- Date Picker: Select a specific date directly
- Today Button: Jump back to the current date
Date Persistence: Your selected view date is saved in a cookie for 30 days, so you will return to the same date when you revisit the page. Future dates cannot be selected.
Filtering Uploads
Use the filter bar to narrow down results:
- Project: Show uploads from a specific project
- Uploaded By: Filter by the user who uploaded the file
- Location: Filter by project location
- Date Range: Set a from/to date range to view uploads across multiple days
Upload Table
The table is paginated at 10 records per page. Each row displays:
- File Name: Name of the uploaded file
- File Size: Size of the file
- Upload Date: When the file was uploaded
- Uploaded By: The user who uploaded the file
- Project: Associated project
- Location: Associated location
- Sync Status: Whether the file has been synced to Procore
Available Actions
Each upload row provides the following actions:
- Sync to Procore: Manually push the file to your Procore project
- Download: Download the file to your device
- Ignore: Stop retrying an upload that will never succeed
- Delete: Remove the upload record and file
Sync Statuses
Filter the list by status to find uploads that need attention:
- Pending: Not yet exported
- Synced: Successfully exported
- Failed: The export was rejected — hover the status dot to read the error
- Ignored: Deliberately excluded from future export attempts
Ignoring an Upload
Failed uploads are retried automatically and listed in the daily failed export email. When an upload can never succeed — the file is invalid, or it belongs to a project that no longer accepts it — use the Ignore action on its row to set it aside.
An ignored upload:
- Is no longer retried by the scheduled export
- No longer appears in the daily failed export report
- Moves out of the Failed filter and into Ignored
- Keeps its file and record — nothing is deleted
Use the same button again to stop ignoring it. That clears the previous sync error and returns it to Pending, so the next export attempt picks it up. A manual Sync still works on an ignored upload if you want to retry it just once.
Warning: Deleting an upload is permanent and cannot be undone. If the file has already been synced to Procore, the Procore copy will not be affected.
