Accident Reports (Admin)
Review, filter, and manage accident reports across all projects from the admin panel.
Accessing Accident Reports
Navigate to Admin → Data → Accidents from the main menu to view all reported accidents for the selected date.
Date Navigation
Use the date navigation controls to browse accident reports by day. Your selected date is saved in a cookie for 30 days so you return to the same view when revisiting the page.
Filtering Accident Reports
Use the filter bar to narrow down results:
- Project: Show accidents from a specific project
- User / Employee: Filter by the employee involved in the accident
- Location: Filter by the location where the accident occurred
- Severity: Filter by severity level — minor, moderate, or severe
- Status: Filter by report status — reported, under review, or resolved
- Date Range: Set a from/to date range to view accidents across multiple days
Accident Report Table
The table is paginated at 10 records per page. Each row displays:
- Accident Date/Time: When the accident occurred
- Employee: Name of the employee involved
- Location: Where the accident took place
- Severity: Color-coded badge indicating the severity level
- Status: Current report status
- Description: Preview of the accident description
Severity Badges
Severity levels are shown with color-coded badges for quick identification:
- Minor: Low-impact incidents with no significant injury
- Moderate: Incidents requiring medical attention or time off
- Severe: Serious incidents requiring immediate action and investigation
Available Actions
Each accident report row provides the following actions:
- View Full Details: Open the complete accident report with all information
- Update Status: Change the report status (e.g., from "reported" to "under review" or "resolved")
Safety Priority: Severe accidents should be reviewed and addressed immediately. Use the severity and status filters to quickly identify unresolved critical incidents.
