ADRO

Know who's on your jobsite. Prove it in Procore.

ADRO is jobsite check-in and construction time tracking for general contractors. Crews check in at the gate with a QR code on their phone, an access card or a face scan. You see who is on site by contractor, and manpower logs land in your Procore daily log without anyone retyping them.

Listed in the Procore App Marketplace. Works offline at the gate.

The paper sign-in sheet is where the money leaks out.

Headcounts that don't match. A sub bills for twelve workers, the sheet at the gate says nine, and nobody can prove which is right. Illegible names and signatures written for a buddy make it worse.

No real answer to "who is on site?" When there's an incident or an evacuation, the superintendent is counting heads against a clipboard instead of reading a live list.

Hours lost to retyping. At the end of the day someone copies the sheet into the Procore manpower log, chases missing orientation forms, and files photos by hand.

From the gate to the daily log in four steps

  1. 1

    Connect your projects

Import projects, locations, contractors and trades from Procore or CMiC, then print a QR code for each gate.

  2. 2

    Crews enroll themselves

Workers sign up from a link in English or Spanish, or your team adds them at the enrollment kiosk. Onboarding walks them through the safety orientation, training cards and your site acknowledgement.

  3. 3

    Check in at the gate

Access card or face scan at the kiosk, which opens the turnstile, or the gate QR code on their own phone. Visitors scan a QR code. No app to install.

  4. 4

    Records sync on their own

Each check-in updates the day's manpower log and sends it to Procore. Visitor logs, notes, uploads and photos follow. Failed syncs retry every hour.

See a check-in, start to finish

Three ways through the gate, and what the office sees afterwards. Each walkthrough is under 30 seconds.

Phone QR code and text code The worker scans the gate QR code, signs in with a 4-digit code sent by text, answers the health check and clocks in.
Access card and turnstile The kiosk checks the card, opens the turnstile and records the entry. With no internet, the scan waits on the kiosk and syncs later.
Face scan The kiosk camera matches the worker to their enrolled photo, opens the turnstile and keeps the photo with the entry.
What the office sees Dashboard, manpower logs and Procore sync, attendance alerts, the weekly report email, visitors and roles.

Everything that happens on site, on the record

ADRO replaces the clipboard, the orientation binder and the end-of-day data entry with one system your field team can actually keep up with.

At the gate

Three ways to check in
Gate QR code on the worker's phone, access card at the kiosk, or face scan.
Offline kiosk and turnstile
A Raspberry Pi kiosk that opens the turnstile and keeps checking crews in with no signal, then syncs later.
Visitor check-in
Inspectors, vendors and guests scan a QR code. No app, no paper.
Face-scan check-in
Matches the face at the gate to the enrolled worker and keeps a photo of each check-in, which makes buddy punching much harder.

On the site

Safety orientations
Build your orientation from pages and images. Workers go through it when they onboard to a project.
Training cards
Mark training levels as required and collect each worker's card number during onboarding.
Worker health checks
Workers answer fine, sick or injured at check-in and check-out. You choose whether sick or injured workers are blocked.
Accidents, notes and photos
Report incidents and upload daily photos from the field, tied to the project.

In the office

On-site count
Who is checked in right now on each project, and how many workers each contractor sent today.
Manpower reports
Daily hours and headcount per sub, plus a weekly summary email.
Attendance alerts
Presence rules text and email you when an expected worker has not checked in by the deadline.
Roles and permissions
Custom roles with 80+ permissions, sign-in by text-message code, and changes recorded behind the scenes.

Built to feed Procore and CMiC, not replace them

ADRO handles the field: the gate, the crews, the paperwork. Your project management and accounting systems get clean data without anyone retyping it. Every synced record shows its status, and failed manpower logs, reports, notes and uploads are retried every hour.

ADRO is listed in the Procore App Marketplace. For teams on CMiC, ADRO imports your projects, contractors and contacts and sends manpower logs and daily uploads back to CMiC.

How the Procore integration works How the CMiC integration works

What ADRO syncs with Procore
Direction Data When
Procore to ADRO Projects, locations, contractors, trades Twice a day
ADRO to Procore Manpower logs, construction reports, notes As they happen, hourly retry
ADRO to Procore Daily uploads, photos, visitor logs As they happen
CMiC and ADRO Projects, contractors and contacts in; manpower logs and daily uploads out Configured per company

Made for the people who answer for the site

Superintendents

Open one screen and see who is on site and which subs showed up today. The daily log fills itself in.

Safety managers

Workers see the orientation and add training cards when they onboard, sick or injured workers can be stopped at the gate, and incidents are reported from the field.

Project executives and owners

Compare subcontractor invoices against verified hours, see manpower across every project, and keep an audit trail you can stand behind.

Your workforce data stays protected

Access is controlled by role and permission, workers sign in with a one-time code sent to their phone, and changes to records are logged. Face data is used only for check-in and handled under our biometric policy.

Questions contractors ask us

More in the full FAQ, or ask us directly.

What is ADRO?

ADRO is jobsite check-in and construction time tracking software for general contractors. Workers check in at the gate with a QR code on their phone, an access card at the kiosk or a face scan, and ADRO turns those check-ins into an on-site count, manpower logs, visitor logs and safety records that sync to Procore or CMiC.

How does ADRO work with Procore?

ADRO imports your projects, locations, contractors and trades from Procore twice a day. Manpower logs, daily construction reports, notes, daily uploads, photos and visitor logs are exported back to Procore as they are created. Each synced record shows its status, and failed manpower logs, reports, notes and uploads are retried every hour.

Do workers need to install an app?

No. Workers scan their access card or their face at the gate kiosk, or scan the gate QR code and sign in on their phone browser with a 4-digit code sent by text. Visitors scan a QR code with their phone camera. Workers can enroll from a link in English or Spanish.

What happens when the jobsite has no internet?

The ADRO gate kiosk keeps working offline. Check-ins are stored on the device and sync to the cloud as soon as the connection returns.

Can ADRO stop buddy punching?

Face-scan check-in matches the worker standing at the gate against their enrolled photo and saves a camera frame with the check-in, which makes clocking in for someone else much harder. Supervisors can also face-scan any worker on site to see who they are, their contractor, training and recent check-ins.

How long does setup take?

We import your projects, locations and contractors from Procore or CMiC, you print the gate QR codes, and your crews enroll from a link or at the enrollment kiosk.
