About ADRO

ADRO is jobsite check-in and construction workforce software for general contractors and their subcontractors. It is built and operated by Adrolog LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

What we build

Jobsites still run on clipboards. Sign-in sheets, orientation binders and end-of-day headcounts typed into Procore are where hours go missing, subcontractor invoices go unchecked, and nobody can say for sure who is on site during an emergency.

ADRO replaces that paperwork with one system built for the gate. Crews check in with the gate QR code on their own phone, or with an access card or face scan at a kiosk that opens the turnstile and keeps working offline. Visitors check in by scanning a QR code. Workers go through the safety orientation when they enroll, and training cards, health checks, incident reports and daily photos are recorded where the work happens, and the records your office needs are synced to Procore and CMiC.

How we work

Field first
If a superintendent can't use it at 6 AM with gloves on and no signal, it isn't done. Check-in is one step for workers, and the gate kiosk keeps working offline.
Your systems stay in charge
ADRO feeds Procore and CMiC instead of replacing them, and every synced record shows whether it arrived.
Careful with worker data
Face data is used only for check-in, never sold, never exported to integrations, and deleted on a published schedule. See our Biometric Information Policy.
Straight answers
We tell you what ADRO does and doesn't do before you buy, and the people who build it are the people who answer your questions.
