Data Synchronization
Import projects, locations, contractors and contacts from Procore or CMiC, and check or resend the records ADRO exports.
What imports automatically?
ADRO imports from your connected system at 6 AM and 6 PM Eastern every day:
- Procore: projects, plus the locations, contractors (vendors) and trades of each active project
- CMiC: projects and contractors (project partners). CMiC project contacts import when you activate a project or sync it manually.
Switching a project to Active imports its data straight away.
Syncing manually
Go to Admin → Projects and use:
- Sync Projects to import your company's projects now
- The Sync Data icon on a project to import its locations, contractors, trades and contacts
- The Data Counts icon to see how many locations, contractors and project contacts were imported
Imports run in the background. ADRO shows "Import started." and the data appears after a few minutes, so refresh the page to see it.
Checking exports
Manpower logs, construction reports, daily uploads, notes, visitor logs and photos each show a Status: Pending, Synced, Updated, Failed, Skipped or Ignored. Hover over a failed status to see the error, and use the row's sync button to send the record again.
Automatic retries
- A failed export is retried three times within a few minutes
- Failed manpower logs, construction reports, notes and daily uploads are retried every hour until they sync
- Manpower logs that changed after export are sent again, updating the same entry
- Records still pending after three hours are sent again
For what each system receives, see Procore Integration and CMiC Integration.
