Selecting Project Partners

Assign the CMiC project contact that ADRO uses when it sends manpower logs and daily uploads to CMiC.

What is a project partner?

For CMiC companies, each project in ADRO can be linked to one of its CMiC project contacts. ADRO sends that contact's partner code with every manpower log it writes to the CMiC Daily Journal, and with daily uploads.

Manpower logs cannot export to CMiC until a partner is selected. The log shows the error "must have an assigned contact/partner to export manpower logs to CMiC" until you choose one.

Selecting a partner

1. Go to Admin → Projects
2. Click Select Partner on the project
3. Choose a contact from Select Partner Contact. Only active CMiC contacts for that project are listed, shown as name and email.
4. Click Save

ADRO confirms with "Partner selected successfully." and returns you to the project list.

The contact I need is missing

Click "Refresh Partners List" on the Select Partner page. ADRO imports the project's contacts from CMiC in the background, so reload the page after a minute to see new contacts. Contacts that are inactive in CMiC are not listed.

Finding projects without a partner

The Partner column in the project list shows "No partner selected" for projects that still need one, and the Partner filter can show only projects with No Partner.
