Worker Health Check
When the Worker Health module is enabled, you will be asked about your health status during check-in and check-out.
During Check-in
When you clock in, a health check screen will appear asking how you are feeling. You will have three options:
- I'm Fine: You will proceed with your normal check-in
- I'm Sick: Depending on your company's settings, you may be allowed to check in with a note, or you may be asked to contact your supervisor
- I'm Injured: Similar to being sick, your company may allow you to check in with a note, or require you to contact your supervisor
During Check-out
When you clock out, you will be asked if you were injured during your shift:
- No, I'm Fine: You will proceed with your normal check-out
- Yes, I Was Injured: You can add a note describing the injury before completing your check-out
Adding Notes
When you report being sick or injured, you will have the option to add a note describing your condition. While the note is optional, providing details helps your company track and respond to health issues effectively.
When Check-in is Blocked
If your company has configured the system to block check-ins for sick or injured workers, you will see a message directing you to contact your supervisor. Your health status will still be recorded in the system.
Note: The Worker Health module must be enabled by your company administrator. If you do not see the health check screen, it means the module is not active for your company.
