Worker Enrollment
The Worker Enrollment app lets you enroll on a project before your first day — no check-in required. Scan the Worker Enrollment QR code posted at the job site (or open the link your site admin shared) and follow the steps.
How to Enroll
- Scan the QR code: Use your phone's camera to scan the Worker Enrollment QR code for the location
- Log in: If you're not signed in yet, you'll be asked to log in first
- Your Details: If your account is missing your name, you'll be asked for your first name, last name, and (optionally) email
- Worker Profile: Choose your contractor (type to search the list) and fill in any training levels, access card number, or helmet sticker number your company requires. Your role is assigned automatically as Worker
- Face Photo: If your company requires a face photo, take a photo with your camera or upload one
- Safety Orientation: Review all safety orientation pages, if your company requires them
- Acknowledgement: Accept the site onboarding acknowledgement and tap "Complete Enrollment"
When you finish, a "Thank You for Enrolling" screen confirms you're enrolled on the project. That's it — you can close the page.
Language / Idioma
The app is available in English and Spanish (Español). Tap EN or ES in the top-right of the header to switch at any step — your answers are kept. On your first visit the app picks Spanish automatically if your phone is set to Spanish.
Your choice is remembered on that phone/browser, so the next time you open the app it opens in the same language. Error messages from the server also come back in the language you picked.
Already Enrolled?
If you're already enrolled on the project, the app shows a "You Are Already Enrolled" message with your role, contractor, and enrollment date. No further action is needed.
Tip: Enrollment covers the same steps as the time tracking onboarding, so once you're enrolled you can clock in right away by scanning the location's time tracking QR code.
Face Photo Tips
- Look straight at the camera in good lighting
- Remove sunglasses, hats, or anything covering your face
- You can delete a photo and retake it before finishing the step
