Project Onboarding

Complete the onboarding process when joining a new project.

When you join a new project for the first time, you will be guided through a multi-step onboarding process. Which steps appear depends on the company's settings. All required steps must be completed before you can access the project.

Worker Profile

Fill in your worker profile details for this project:

• Role: Select your role on the project
• Contractor: Select your contractor
• Training Levels: Fill in your training levels (if required by the company)
• Training Level Card Numbers: Enter the card numbers associated with your training levels
• Access Card Number: Enter your access card number (if required by the company)
• Helmet Sticker Number: Enter your helmet sticker number (optional)

Face Photo

If the company requires a face photo, a Face Photo step appears after your worker profile:

• Use Camera: Position your face in the oval and capture a photo — a short countdown gives you time to get ready
• Upload: Or upload a clear, front-facing JPG/PNG photo (max 5MB)
• You can delete a photo and retake it before continuing
• At least one face photo is required to move to the next step

Safety Orientation

Review the project's safety orientation materials:

1. View the safety orientation slides presented by the project
2. Read through each slide carefully
3. Acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the safety orientation

Terms & Conditions

Review and accept the project's terms and conditions:

1. Read the project terms and conditions
2. Accept the terms to proceed

After Onboarding

Once all steps are completed, you will be automatically redirected to the project home page where you can begin working.
