Your Profile

See your name, email and phone number, verify your email address and update your details.

Opening your profile

Tap your name or initials at the top of the menu to open My Profile.

What your profile shows

• Your initials, full name and email
• First Name, Last Name and Email
• Your phone number, if one is on your account

Editing your details

1. Click "Edit Profile"
2. Update First Name and Last Name (at least 2 characters each)
3. Add or change your Work Email address. It is optional.
4. Click Save

If you change your email, ADRO asks you to verify the new address.

Verifying your email

If your email is not verified, your profile shows an Email Not Verified box. Click "Click here to resend" to get a new verification email, then open the link in it. You can request one email every 10 minutes.

Phone number and sign-in

You sign in with your phone number and a 4-digit code sent by text, so there is no password to manage. Your phone number cannot be changed from your profile. Ask your company administrator if it needs updating.
